By downloading, installing, or using the Fidora Money Manager application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Fidora is a personal finance tracking application that allows you to record transactions, manage wallets, set budgets, view analytics, and export financial data.
Fidora is not a bank, financial institution, or financial advisor. All data entered is user-provided and self-managed. We do not connect to real bank accounts or process real financial transactions.

Fidora is a personal tracking tool only. It is NOT a financial advisor, investment advisor, or bank. Any financial decisions you make based on data in the app are entirely your own responsibility. Fidora and its team are not liable for any financial losses or outcomes arising from your use of the App.
Paid subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
The Fidora App, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is owned by Fidora and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Your financial data remains your property. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data to provide the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fidora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
You may delete your account at any time through the app (Profile → Settings → Delete Account) or by contacting us at privacy@fidora.uz.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
For material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notification at least 30 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes your acceptance.
