Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. You can request account deletion below.

This action is permanent

  • All your transaction history
  • All wallet data and balances
  • Budget and category settings
  • Profile information and preferences
  • Active subscriptions (not automatically cancelled)
Option A Delete via App Recommended
  1. 1Open the Fidora app on your device
  2. 2Go to the Profile tab in the bottom navigation
  3. 3Tap Settings → Privacy
  4. 4Tap "Delete Account"
  5. 5Confirm with your password to complete deletion
Note: Deletion is instant. Your subscription must be cancelled separately in the App Store or Google Play.
Option B Request via Email

If you can't access the app, send us a deletion request by email:

  1. 1Send an email to privacy@fidora.uz from your registered email address
  2. 2Use the subject line shown below
  3. 3Include your registered email in the message body
We will delete your account within 7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email.

Data Retention After Deletion

After your account is deleted, all personally identifiable information is permanently removed within 30 days.

Anonymized analytics data may be retained for up to 90 days to help improve our service.
