Getting Started
Download Fidora from the App Store or Google Play. Tap "Create Account", enter your email and password — or use "Continue with Google". No credit card required.
Yes! Fidora has a permanent free plan with no expiration — 50 transactions/month, 3 budgets, and access to core features.
Fidora is available on iOS and Android. Your data syncs automatically across all your devices.
Go to Profile → Settings → Language. Fidora supports 6 languages: English, Russian, Chinese, Korean, Turkish, and Kazakh.
💳 Wallets & Transactions
Tap the "Wallets" tab, then "+" in the top right. Give it a name, choose currency, set an initial balance, and tap "Create".
Yes! Unlimited wallets on all plans. Create separate wallets for cash, cards, savings, and different currencies.
Tap the "+" button in the center of the bottom navigation. Choose income or expense, enter the amount, select category and wallet, then tap "Save".
Yes. Tap any transaction to open it, then use the edit (pencil) or delete (trash) icon. Your wallet balance updates automatically.
The active wallet is the default for new transactions. Set it in Wallets → tap a wallet → "Set as Active".
🔒 Account & Security
Go to Profile → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. Enable 2FA via email or an authenticator app (Google Authenticator / Authy).
Go to Profile → Security → App Lock. Toggle "PIN Lock" and set a 4 or 6-digit PIN. You can also enable biometric auth.
Tap "Forgot PIN" on the lock screen and verify your identity with your account password. Then reset your PIN.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password". Enter your email and we'll send a reset link. The link expires in 1 hour.
Subscription & Billing
Free plan includes: 50 transactions/month, 3 budgets, default categories, basic analytics, all 6 languages, unlimited wallets.
Go to Profile → Subscription → View Plans. Select Premium or Pro and tap "Upgrade". Payment via App Store or Google Play.
iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Fidora → Cancel. Android: Play Store → Account → Subscriptions → Cancel.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google. iOS: reportaproblem.apple.com. Android: Google Play support.
